Have A Green Thumb

Oct. 8 was a club day and we had an activity. We were told to enter the other clubs and observe what they did in those clubs. Others were assigned to observe the art club, the baking club, the film club, and many more. My partner and I were told to observe the gardening club, Green Thumb, which is handled by Ms. Charmaine Dasco.

Our club adviser told us before we left that we could join the activity the other club was having if we were asked to. Thankfully, they didn't ask me to join their activity. They were planting cacti.

Not only were they supposed to plant cacti, but also decorate the surroundings of the cacti that they planted. Luckily, I was able to take pictures of some of the students' "cacti environment" x) [Note: Some chose to not to plant cacti haha.]

A student stuck a lizard on her cactus; however, the club adviser took it off because it was too "harsh" :))

I expected Green Thumb to be quiet since most of the time they're planting. It turns out they're not. x) They're quite noisy but in a good way (?) :)

Sorry for the semi-hiatus and thanks if you read this post until this part..

Have a nice day and DFTBA,
Jasmine : )

  1. Thank you for updating your blog! Wonderful to see the photos you included! To improve this further include the ff: name of the moderator, purpose of the activity of their club, what you call the indoor plant project, and some bits of info about the members, say you got to know some of them and perhaps a picture too.

Also, improve the pictures. I tried clicking on them and they are quite small.

    Keep on writing!

    Best regards,

    Ms. G
